Using Meta Ads to increase a local solicitor estate agents online property valuation leads by 400%+ per month.

BRIEF

The client was looking to receive more online property valuation leads using a third party valuation tool, they were generating roughly 20 leads per month organically. These were used as lead magnets, that were then followed up and converted into property sale customers.

METHOD

I set up lead conversion tracking through both Meta Ads and Google Analytics to monitor and leverage conversion data. This allowed me to review performance and optimise the campaigns specifically for leads.

I briefed in designers to create simple messaging of the service, emphasising simplicity, speed and accuracy of the valuation process. I leveraged best practices for both Facebook and Instagram placements,  as well as consistently refreshed ad creative to avoid ad fatigue. 

I targeted the specific postcode areas the client works in, leaving targeting broad to allow Meta to optimise using the leads data specifically. This reduced ad fatigue and took the guesswork out of more refined targeting.

RESULTS

Meta Ads results from the previous 3 months:

  • Cost: £1,379.83
  • Leads: 227
  • Cost Per Leads: £6.08
  • The client was able to close 10-20% of these leads, see a very significant increase in return.
